You may opt in to receive SMS communications from ICP, Inc., d/b/a Dental City (“Dental City”, “we”, “us”) by completing the form on our Site or otherwise providing your consent. When you agree to participate in Dental City SMS communication programs, you agree to receive messages for both single-use and recurring campaigns depending on your opt-in preferences. Recurring campaign messaging frequency may vary. Text messages should not exceed 1 per day. Message and data rates may apply. If you have questions about your text or data plan, please contact your wireless provider.

You agree that all information you provide to register for SMS text messaging is governed by our Privacy Policy and our SMS Privacy Policy, and you consent to all actions we take with respect to your information consistent with such policies.

Your consent to receive automated SMS communications is completely voluntary. You may opt out at any time.

To opt out of SMS communications:

After you opt out, we will send a confirmation SMS to verify that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS communications from us. If you wish to re-subscribe, simply sign up again as before, and we will resume sending SMS communications to you.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
